My name is Éanna, and my work is rooted in years of practice, study, and lived experience with sound. My journey began in music production and sound engineering, where I explored frequencies and their effects on the mind and body. Over time, this curiosity grew into a deeper calling, leading me to complete a Diploma in Sound Medicine, train as a shamanic practitioner, and study gong mastery.

Alongside this, I have qualified as a trainer, bringing structure and clarity to the way I share sound with others. My background also includes many years of mindfulness practice, as well as first aid and emergency response, which taught me calmness, presence, and care in supporting people.

Each week, I guide sound healing sessions using gongs, drums, bowls, and many other instruments. These sessions invite deep rest, clarity, and balance. Revival Harmony is a space for exploration, whether you are stepping into a group sound bath, seeking a one-to-one session, or curious about how to weave sound into your own life.
